Ray Dalio and Adam Grant Just Launched a Free Personality Assessment

Ray Dalio, founder of Bridgewater Associates, who wrote the #1 bestseller, Principles, has just launched a free personality assessment with well-known writer and psychologist Adam Grant, as well as psychologists John Golden and Brian Little.

In addition to using the Big 5 Model and “the latest in personality science”, the assessment measures specific traits which Dalio and others found were important for achieving success within the world’s largest hedge fund.
If you’ve read Principles, you’ll know Dalio became very focused on making sure that he had the right person in the right role — which meant helping people to discover who they are and sharing that info with others in the organization — even by passing around “baseball cards” with each employee’s attributes so that people would know who to include in which product.
